Inclusion Criteria

✅ Ages 12 and up for primary headache disorders (migraine, new daily persistent headache (NDPH), Trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia)
✅ Refractory headache disorders unresponsive to standard treatments, secondary headache disorders in those >18 years-old.
✅ Patients requiring advanced therapies, including Botox, nerve blocks, and anti-CGRP therapies.

Exclusion Criteria

🚫 General neurology consultations (e.g., seizures, multiple sclerosis, stroke).
🚫 Acute headache conditions requiring emergency evaluation, such as thunderclap headache.
🚫 Post-concussion syndrome when non-headache symptoms are the primary concern.
🚫 Suspected idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) without confirmed papilledema (patients should be referred to neuro-ophthalmology or the emergency department for further evaluation before referral).
🚫 Suspected cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks should be referred to the UHN Intracranial Hypotension Program via this referral link: TAPMI External Referral Form.

Inclusion Criteria

✅ Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) for suspected neuromuscular conditions.
✅ General neurology consultations.

Exclusion Criteria

🚫 Acute neurological emergencies (patients should be directed to the emergency department).
🚫 Suspected stroke or TIA (should be referred to a stroke clinic or emergency department ).
